The City of Camilla Fire Department is here to serve the citizens of Mitchell County.

 

On average the city runs approximately 400 calls per year. We protect the citizens of Camilla with a population of 5616 and cover 6.1 square miles. In addition Engine 2 is dispatched to Mitchell County on structure calls and Motor Vehicle Accidents. Recently under the direction of Chief Walker CFD has began running First Responder calls with Mitchell EMS to better serve the citizens of our city.

 

 The department consist of full time and part time firefghters.  

We work 24 hours on with 48 hours off. We are here to serve you and welcome you anytime.
